Who We Are

Since Advantage Computers inception, we have established a business relationship with over 400 customers. We provide continual IT support to many businesses such as credit unions, training facilities, churches, manufacturing plants, doctors' offices and many more. We also support ongoing walk-in clients and on-site residential customers.

We also give attention to non-profit organizations, giving them special rates as they give back to the community that they work in.

History

Kevin Petzold started Computer Services Network in 1995. The goal was to network technology related services provided by several companies to have a reliable source for our customers. Hardware, software, web, 3rd party software support, etc. Unfortunately, it became apparent that most people in the computer related field didn’t provide the level of service that Computer Services Network required. The decision was made to bring all the services under CSN. As the word spread and the business started to grow, it became too much for Kevin to handle himself. Tony Block came on as partner in 2000. The name of the company was changed to Advantage Computer Services, LLC. Tony is the primary office manager and also does technical work. Word of mouth traveled quickly. We started adding employees and now we have a reliable competent staff providing the best technology related services in the area.

Goals for our Customers

Our goal is to provide the best IT services in the area to all of our customers. Big or small, business or residential, all are important to us. We rely on the good relationships with our customers to propel Advantage Computer Services forward in growth. It's not just about Advantage Computer Services. We like to see our customers grow as well. We are always aware of the fact that healthy customers are good customers. We help to promote our customers. We are conscience of the costs related to maintaining computers and networks. We will never oversell just to make an extra buck. We have often talked customers out of an oversell from another vendor because it was unnecessary. We are built on loyalty and trust.
